Can someone help me please ?

i use to see all messages in and out on msn but now i cannot see any messages at all please help me

We had a similar problem and realised that for some reason we had lost our MSN connection and it no longer recognised us. We downloaded it again from scratch and after that it worked.  

We occasionally lose the connection  but we shut down the computer completely and reboot, and it reappears automatically when all connections are remade.
