Can someone help me restore my computer back to factory settings with disk?My F11 doesn't work.Inspirion 530s?

I have a restore disk but I can't remember how to get it to delet and start over to factory settings.Plz someone help Dell can never help without charging so much ,I am doing the work and it's supposed to be under warranty.

well its not simply F11. Have you tried Ctrl-F11. And there is an Fn key you have to put Fn-Ctrl-F11. You cant just tap F11.

--Ok since all else failed, call dell and ask for a restore CD. it will take or week or 2 to get there but they come so if thats your last resort, take it.
