Can someone help me thnk of foods that are not fried?

ok like for mexican food,wut foods are not fried, i cant think of all the foods that r not fried and i know there prob is alot that are fried..,if u can list some mexican foods that r not fried that wud b great,i need them...plz and thanks :)

Sometimes the tortillas are fried for tacos. d**n even the desserts are fried! hahaha. Anyway guacamole is good but the chips are fried. Beans are fried. Meats are just cooked in there own fat. Soups? They aren't fried. I like a good spicy shrimp soup. Anyway I'm srry mexican has to be fried!

put what you like on a big pita, roll it up, grill on a grill or flat stove.  soooo tasty.  recommended fillings:

onion

green pepper

beans

avocado

salsa
