Can someone help me to get cyworld (korean)?

Question

i really want a korean cyworld.

i've tried signing up for the foreigner one a million times but they keep sending me this email which i dont understand.

i know it's not telling me that i can use the account already because when i tried logging in, it never let me log in. it kept going to some other screen saying something about sending the identification thing (which i ALREADY sent).

what can i do??? please help me!! T_T

i really want KOREAN CYWORLD...
