Can someone help me to remove this virus from my computer?

Ok, I have tried AVG 7.0 (i would try 8.0 but my windows isn't a high enough level or something.) I have tried Avira, Spyware Blaster, Avast, Spybot search and destroy. I THINK i know where one of the virus are because there this group of files in this folder and EVERYTIME i delete them they came straight back. Also there are somethings that say they are disabled by the Admin but I AM the Admin. The task manager is disabled and I can't access this folder called Administrator because I am supposedly not the Admin. REFORMATING MY COMPUTER WILL BE MY ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT AFTER ALL ELSE HAS FAILED.

FOR ONE U HAVE WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY 2 MANY ANTI VIRUS THEY CANCIL EACHOTHER OUT SO THAT COULD BE AN ISSUE..YOU CAN HAVE MORE THAN 1 ANTI SPYWARE BUT ONLY 1 ANTI VIRUS SO KEEP AVAST UNINSTALL THE REST BOOT UP UR PC IN SAFE MODE BY TAPPING THE F8 KEY CHOOSE BOOT IN SAFE MODE WITH ARROWS TURN OFF SYSTEM RESTORE RUN THE COMPLETE SCAN ISOLATE AND REMOVE THE VIRUS REBOOT THE PC BOOT IN NORMAL MODE AND TURN SYSTEM RESTORE BACK ON RUN THE SCAN AGAIN

Download, install, check for updates, then select Scan your Computer, select your drive and select Perform Complete Scan

Disconnect your computer from the internet

Run vundo

Restart your computer

Run the tool again to ensure no traces are left.

If there are the reboot into Safe Mode and run FixVundo again.

If the problem persists, turn OFF System Restore, Right click My computer > select Properties > System Restore Tab > Tick Turn Off System restore on all drives and scan with the above programs in Safe Mode - tap F8 during boot before Windows splash screen and select Safe Mode.

After scans are complete and machine is clean remember to turn system restore back ON and create a new restore point.
