Can someone help me understand people?

I don't know. Maybe I am trying to hard but it seems the better that I am doing at my work the more people dislike me. What is the meaning?

Maybe they are threatened by you in some way.

Just be humble, be nice to them.  If your doing everything you can to not tread on anyone's toes, and are playing your part well, then they would have no reason to do it.

Pay attention to yourself.  There just might be a little thing you do, that is pissing people off that you may not even be aware of?

They are either jealous of your success or they feel like you are showing them up.

Good luck on the understanding people bit. We are all trying, and we are people-isn't it ironic? Biggest section in book stores? Self help. LOL

People often feel threatened  especially when they know

they cannot produce at the same effect or the way in which

you work !

The thing is even if it is easy for you, never brag, or let on.

Because some people use petty jealousy to bring you down.

The trick is to get to know and read there personalities and

then when working with them , copy their personalities to a

degree, whilst still doing your work the way you do, just agree

with them from time to time and make it sound genuine.

You don't need these kinds of people as good friends and

after you finish school / or work ....just give them a wide berth.

Unless someone stands out and persist to know you better.

If you are talking about work, i would go for a higher course as

you don't have anything in common.

If your at school, just bide your time, someone like you will come

along. You don't need in life to be everyone's friends,usuallyy big

groups of people stick together because they are all unconfident

in themselves !  What you need is one or two good friends Period.

Hey,

   Maybe your just going insnae! JK. Well maybe because they are jelous of you. And maybe you should ask them face to face. No one can really understand how people minds work. Say to yourself "its just in my head" but if you want them to like you ask them would be the best choice.

You ever clean a small spot off on a dirty car? I know, sounds dumb but bare with me.  When the whole car is dirty it doesn't really seem as bad, but when you wipe away the dirt it's obvious how nice the car could be.  You are that clean spot and now the attention is on the rest of the "dirty car".  When you exceed a standard, the people that only meet the standard aren't quite meeting it anymore because you have raised it.

yeah i know what you mean, people don't like to see other people happy. Be humble and try not to talk too much about your success or what your doing.  Jealousy and evil eye regin all over like you wouldn't believe.

jealousy? or maybe you're way into your work. maybe you should talk to people and be nice. nobody really likes the stuck up i'm smarter than you person. trust me!
