I want to have a plaque made for a Japanese friend of mine who has passed away, but i do not know how to go about it. its to be a surprise to his family and i want it in their native tongue ..

i would like it to say something simple :

" You have made your make upon this earth , and you will never be forgotten "

Can someone help me with the proper spelling?

  1. You mean mark instead of make, right?

"You have made your mark upon this earth and you will never be forgotten"?

    I would say:

    世界的に有名になりました。そして全然忘れられません。

Chikyuuteki ni yuumei ni narimashita. Soshite zenzen wasureraremasen.

But I would strongly urge finding a native speaker.
