Can someone help me with a board game title?

Question

I had a game in the 90's and you used a hand-held jack hammer to knock out bright clear colorful blocks. On the box it was a blond construction worker holding the hammer in his hand knocking out a wall.

i had a similar game called "dont break the ice" it had clear blocks you knocked out with a hammer but iff the polar bear on the ice fell you lost
