Can someone help me with a boss in full metal alchemist and the broken angel?

ok when ur going up that tower thing looking for the prof. and his daughter u reach the room and u have to fight the 3 big chimaria's (frog, griffin thing, and the serpent )and after that u have to fight lust and some big blob thing and i go to attack lust and like ill kill her for a second and then she re-appears wtf

if u can help id really appreciate it
