Can someone help me with my home movie crisis?

I need to find a store that can professionally converts old DV (not miniDV) tapes to DVD format. are there possibly any nationwide store chains that provide such a service. My camera I used to run the tapes on is busted so i can't do this myself.

There are only online stores available but they charge very high about $30 per tape.
