Can someone help me with paypal problems?

My friend made a paypal account WITH FAKE INFORMATION to receive payments from survey sites and she made 100 dollars on it. The money cannot move at all because it is on a unverified account so she doesn't know what to do with it. She wanted to try using her own credit card to verify it but she's not sure if that's the right thing to do because the names of the account and card do not match. Is there any other ways to verify the paypal account? ( A prepaid visa card did not work for her)

Let's see, your friend put perjured herself and listed a fake name and SSN on a W-9.  Now she's got undeclared income in an account under a fake name and thinks Paypals should be nice and give it to her?  Paypal is going to want her SSN too.  And they might actually check to see if it's hers.
