Can someone help me with these too human achievements?

Question

there are a couple more achievements i need help with. the first ones are the unstoppable ones where you can't die in each level. does anyone know a trick for these. second is the cyberspace wells. the game said i've got 16 in the "stats" section of the pause menu. how many are there total? does anyone know a website that has a map of where they are, or directions to get to them?

I am not sure about the wells i have 16 also. the best advice i have for the unstoppable achievements is to try to do it in co-op(I think the achievements allow this) and try to go the shortest route possible(don't go in any of the arenas or secret areas if possible)
