Can someone help me with this? Health class homework? 10 points for best answer! Thanks!?

Next hour I have health class and I did most of it but can't think of the rest. We have 3 categories (physical, mental, social) and have to come up with 10 things for each on what we do or could do to keep it up. The physical and social are harder than I thought they would be. No, I didn't forget about it or wait til last minute, I just ran out of ideas and time. Please help! 10 points for best answer! Thanks! : )

  1. Physical: Exercise, Eat Healthy, Drink in Moderation, Sleep, Walk the Kids to School, Healthy Posture, Use a Bike instead of the Car (once a week), Find a physical alternative to an existing activity - go for a walk instead of watching tv?, Strain on eyes (computers, glasses etc)

    Mental: Challenge your mind, Read, Puzzles/Sudoku etc, Break the routine (make different meals, drive different routes), Take time for yourself, Stop talking and Listen, Keep in touch with family and friends, Get a pet,

    Social: Join a club, start playing a sport, take an interest in and start watching a sport, be a part of something, travel (perhaps in a group), become a volunteer, Go to new places - a different restaurant/bar,

    I could carry on, but you need time to crack on with this monster. My brain is dying now - I feel sorry for yours! Good luck
