Mean

Median

Standard Deviation

IQR (Interquartile Range)

Variance

The mean and standard deviation are sensitive to outliers and skewness. The median and quartiles are more resistant to outliers and skewness.

So if that's what you mean by resistant, the answer is no.

(If by chance you are using the statistics text by Moore and McCabe, which uses this terminology, it's right there in section 1.2)
