Can someone help me with this picture? (pic included)?

I have an idea that I'm working on, but I don't have the patience to finish it. If someone can help me, or maybe just take the idea from me and finish it themselves, I would just like to see the reults, that's all, and be able to use it, not take credit. I started it, but it's pretty choppy. Here's the link:

I want to put a small razor in his deformed fin, with some dripping blood and a tear drop in his eye. I can't seem to get the hair right either. I appreciate any help, thanks.

I think you should change the hair. At first I thought it was some sort of sea horse in front of Nemo. I don't know why you're making this but at least it made me laugh! =)

HA!!!  that's hillarious!!  You should find pictures of the hair, razor blade, etc... that you want in the picture and paste it on him instead of trying to draw it.  Photoshop it and you can't go wrong.
