Can someone help me with this problem if XT=12 and ZX=21, then TZ= what?

I believe  you are talking about 3 lines/segments.  If this is the case, then the answer is as follows:

Since T is between X and Z, and you know ZX = 21 and XT = 12,

so, XT + TZ = XZ = ZX

==> 12 + TZ = 21

==> TZ = 21-12

==> TZ = 9
