Can someone help me with this very vague description of a film?

Question

There's two main men (one black, one white), police or detectives or something like that. They have to get in to this party, so they dress up as waiters or something and walk straight through the door. There is cars involved somewhere.

It's an action/comedy?

It can't be Rush Hour cause she said white man, not Asian.  It can't be 48 Hours cause Eddie Murphy wasn't a cop, he was a convict. It's not Loaded Weapon cause there is no scene like that in the movie.  It's not Men In Black (hello they never dressed in anything but black suites).  Maybe Blue Streak or National Security.

It's Jackie Chan in "Rush Hour," or else it's "Money Talks" with Charlie Sheen.  It might be "Loaded Weapon" with Emelio Estevez and Samuel Jackson, too...
