  1. Good luck drinking it! I had some before and could not get past the taste.

  2. Also, to add to what these people have already informed you of... The amount of aloe vera that is in the product may vary.. only a few are pure juice.. They are allowed to call it aloe vera juice even if it contains only a small amount  .. so the amount you need would vary on that factor.. I put mine in my morning fruit smoothie and it doesn't alter the taste of the smoothie  at all.. So you could mix it with juice or anything as the taste isn't that strong.. It helps a number of ailments, that you could reserch by going to  www.health.howstuffworks.com and type aloe vera in the search bar... Hope this helps, and happy health to you : )

  3. That's because there's no exact amount for everyone to take. Typically, it's recommended to take 2 ounces of pure juice between 1 and 3 times a day, but some people take more (to help with constipation or to help with specific ailments, for example). I'd start with 2 ounces once a day for a couple days to see how your body responds to it and increase as needed. Also, if you don't like the taste, try mixing it with other fruit juices to temper the bitter taste. Good luck!

  4. What are you taking it for?

Aloe vera is most often used as a topical application to soothe sunburns (which, by the way, are better treated by a homeopathic remedy called Cantharis - immediately stops the progression of any burn, doesn't just cool the surface).
