What are the bar like things you can drive over then lift up and lock ,you have them in parking bays and drives.I want to serch to buy one on line ,but i can not think of the name for these thanks.

They are called collapsible parking posts. Try Cromwell Tools @ www.cromwell.co.uk. They are nationwide tool suppliers so you should be able to find a local store. Go on their website and click on 'site safety' them click on 'traffic management'  then you will find them on page 5 or 6. They cost about £65. Hope this helps.
