Explanation:

Oakland has a pretty good offense and defese, they improved offensively and remained the same defensively.

Arizona is a top 8 offensive team (if they can keep Bolden) They made some improvements on defense

Atlanta has their QB and a clear vision of where to go

SF hurt themselves with the aquisition of Martz

St Louis hurt themselves with the aquisition of Saunders

Miami added Parcells, Pennington, and will only improve from here.

Detroit let their best players go without getting much value for them.  They have no immediate consistant playmakers.

The Saints got a better defense in the draft and a better offense in Free agency and trades.

Houston hasn't made the necessary aquisitions to compete in their Division.

Arizona (With Boldin and Fitzgerald to throw to Lienert should step it up this year)

Houston should be decent with Andre Johnson back but their running game is suspect

Detroit (Another team with great receivers but with an older vet in Kitna at QB hard to say what their running game will be like this year)

San fran could be interesting with Martz controlling the offense but I say it will take at least a year for that younf offense to pick up his complex system

Oakland is rebuilding and they suck

Atlanta just sucks Michael Turner is going to be sad sad sad that he went there
