Can someone help this person join my group, it wont send confirmation to his email [e-mail]?

i am the modirator and when two of the guys try to join the group it wont let them any suggestions?

it would be helpful to know why it wont let them join, like is there an error message given? what manner are they attempting to join? and invite? the join this group tab? subscribe e-mail??
