1. How to draw a heterogeneous mixture of aluminum metal (composed of AL atoms) and O2 gas(which contains 2 O2 atoms each.)

Draw chunks of aluminum floating around in some O2.  They will be mixed, but it will be possible to tell the Al parts from the O2 parts easily, so they are heterogeneous rather than homogeneous.
