  1. agents are free they dont cost nothing!

if some1 asks you to apy for them to represent yout hent heyre a scam!

and go to talentagents.blogspot.com and click table of contents and click the city near you and call all those agencys asking if they represent girrs/boys your age and if they say yes ask if theres any fees you have to pay and if thye say no but they charge 10-20 % of what you make then theyre a real agency and then ask how you can submit yourself and do that with every agency and every agency that sasy yes write on a peice of paper and how to submit for each one.

and also build up your resume by doin plays and taking acting and singing classes and join your church choir and school choir

    hope i helped

o and for auditions go to actinginfo.blogspot.com

  2. Hmm im an actress too! im 14 and im going to imta what i do is exercise my speaking by reading lots of books out loud because i tend to stutter when i get nervous and stuff

  3. Congrats on starting to act!  Some basic reminders when you're on stage:

    1.  Always speak loudly and clearly.  No matter how amazing the acting in a play is, if the audience can't understand the dialouge, the play is no good.

    2.  Face out towards the audience.  This allows the audience to see your expressions all the time, and will allow them to hear you better.  No matter how loudly you speak, if your back is facing the audience, they won't be able to understand you half as well.

    3.  Remember that acting isn't just about saying your lines, it's about reacting to other people's lines.  Every moment that you're on stage you should be reacting to the happenings around you.  Also remember to never throw away entrances.  Ask yourself what your character entered for, what they wanted, what their goal or object was.  That goal or incentive to enter can change once they see something or someone, but you have to start being your character even off stage.

Exercies before acting can include vocal warm-ups.  Try saying tongue-twisters in different attitudes - happy, sad, scared, evil, surprised.  Come up with different emotions to try.

Two of the best comedy scripts I've worked on are:  Dearly Beloved and Noises Off.  Some other great scripts are:  Inherit the Wind and Steel Magnolias.  Of course there's a ton of scripts out there, and since I don't know what genre you're into, I don't know what to recommend.  But the four plays above are simple, yet have very dimensional characters that are fun and intriguing to get into.

Hope all this helps, and good luck with your acting!

  4. Well... you could read a book or a magazine or an article online, and turn it into a script or something.
