..my friends had 3 major dreams that she keeps having and i agreed to help her figure them out so I was hoping someone could help

Her dreams are:

1) She's thirsty and searching for water

2) She finds me and her boyfriend together and we ignore her and carry on 'being together'

3) She's falling and she sometimes wakes up on the floor

  1. I'll try:

    1) LOL, I would always have dreams like this if I'd had a little too much to drink.  The alcohol leaves you dehydrated and your body wants water - you'll wake up with a huge thirst or hangover as well.  I know a LOT of people that have had this sort of dream

    2)  There may be something that you share with her boyfriend that she can't.  Maybe you both have a love of guinea pigs, rare orchids, a certain band, etc, etc something that she doesn't know a lot about.  I think that might make her feel a little left out sometimes that she can't share in that particular thing.  I don't think it's anything like a secret affair between yourself and her bf though.

    3)  There's a few different theories for falling dreams.  I used to believe it was your spirit leaving your body.  But then Dr Karl (Australia's scientific guru and knower of everything) explained that sometimes when you're asleep you may temporarily stop breathing, or things slow down a little too much and your body will suddenly kick start itself again ... usually leaving you with a bit of an adrenaline rush and waking up really suddenly with that feeling of vertigo.  I'm pretty sure that was how it was explained - it made a lot of sense though.  If she does drink a bit that could make it happen more often.

    Hope I've helped!
