Can someone identify this colour?

Question

I want a name for it, i don't want to call it 'purple-ish blue', doesn't sound professional...

the actual dress is a lot blue-r so I don't think 'indigo or amethyst suits it too.

I don't think there is a specific name for that color.  I think to describe it as purple with gray tones is good.  Purple-ish blue is okay.

Maybe periwinkle, iris blue or Lavender blue. It's nearly an ultramarine shade, and some of the Ceylon Blues come close to the violet ranges too.

It's a color dictionary. If you scroll down it has the option to download a name caller for the "centrist colors" maybe if download it you'll come across a more acurate name.
