  4. It's an Algerian sand beetle.  It isn't poisonous, but does give off a stench that smells like rotten peaches.

  6. Yes.  It is one of the leafhoppers, Family Cicadellidae.  There are many species (20000) and lots of variation.  Looks to be genus Graphocephala.
