Can someone illegal? please answer?

i need tax returns from someone to make it the enough amount required to bring my spouse to the usa(totally legal to do this no problem with showing other persons tax). now my question is can i get tax papers from someone who has working papers but not greencard? or does it only have to be a greencard or citizen?

  1. they have to be a resident in the united states with tax returns from 2007 that was legal in 2007 with a SS#.

  5. It must be a citizen. The person who's tax papers you need will be signing as a co sponsor. In order to sponsor someone you have to be a citizen or if you have a green card you can only sponsor immediate family. Someone with just working papers will not be able to co sponsor.

  6. you don't know have to be legal to file taxes, if you work you can file taxes you get a number from the irs to file with
