Can someone in Germany help?

I have been trying to find my brother who has been staying in Germany for I think 30 years now! i need help to find him!!I am now staying in South Africa, we are origanilly from Uganda. his name is James or Jimmy Sewanywa, he has children who are also using the same sir name, we last saw each other 30 years ago when we were teenagers, he stayed in Dresden in the early 70's and went to Frankfort, Someone help me trace this guy or give me some ideas how! We were very close as youngsters!! I will appreciate any help!
