Hco3 28.7

SO2 72%

I know this is not a complete set of values but particularly interested in Respiratory Acidosis in PH level and pCO2 levels. Patient was a 4 week old Infant post operative GI surgery with a leaking ETT tube?

  1. Not sure what you are looking for. You already explained what you have here: respiratory acidosis. The kid's not ventilating. CO2 buildup causes the pH to go down.

If the problem is just the defective ET tube, then this is easily fixed and the prognosis will be good. If you don't fix the problem, the kid will die.
