Can someone learn diving without knowing how to swim?

No, what would they do when they got in the water drown? Plus someone who can't swim wouldnt know how to dive.

Im not quite sure if you mean scuba diving or normal dving, but im gonna assume u mean normal diving (no, u def shudnt lern to scuba dive without noing how to swim). I suppose it is possible to lern the type of diving which is done in water you cans stand in. However, if u mean serious diving, like from high diving boards, and flipping and spinning, no it is not reccomendable.

you have to pass a swimming test in order to take diving.  it's pretty basic, tread water, swim from here to there, rescue techniques, and now how to float on your back.

ummm basically...you would drown...that may be an issue

you will have to learn diving on your own, because the diving instructors won't take you in. sorry it's a prerequisite for your own safety
