Can someone leave the country (US) having a future court date??

Question

Let me start by saying: my cousin is a r****d.

He has a court date for drug possession this Friday. He has a green card.

He wants to leave the country tomorrow morning. Is he going to be able to pull this off? or is he going to be stopped at the airport and not be able to exit the country??

Attorneys are forbidden from giving specific advice to clients to help them commit future crimes. I know the answer but I could lose my license if I told it. Sorry.
