Most of Sony's Cybershot cameras are pretty thin for okay quality. But you should keep in mind that the thinner the camera, the lower the quality of the image.

Look at Nikon's, Canon's and Panasonic's point and shoot cameras. Casio has some super thin cameras but again, their quality is not as impressive as some of the other options on the market.
