i no some people might say what about protein but in dairy milk fruit and nut 230g bar there is 205 gramd of protein so 2 og them a day would be your recommended daily allowance so why not?? you get all your vitamins and iron from the tablets ohh and also drink fibre pure drinks which have 7.5 grams 2 of those drinks are your rda so why not??
