Can someone make a workout plan for me?

I am 16 and a little bit chubby. Most of my chub is on my thighs, chest, and belly. I need someone who knows about fitness to make a workout plan for everyday that is about 1hr-11/2hrs. Everything i try doesnt work I dont think I am planning enough workout.

  1. it doesnt matter how long your workout is....it depends on how you utilize your time and what you do...cardio loses weight, also tones ur thighs, push ups or bench press to work on ur chest.....

    bench at ur own place

    10 repsx 3 sets-flat bench

    10x3 inclined bench

    3(10x3) cables positive angle, neutral and negative

    then run....on the tredmill, high rate=fat burn, slow rate=endurance

    resistance training also helps....you don't need to lift heavy weights, look up some yogo exercises you'll tone up....
