Can someone make me an outfit for my boyfriend's family reuioin?

I'm going to my boyfriend's family reuion tomorrow and was wondering if someone could make me an out fit on what would be good to wear. He told me to dress casual but i want to look cute for him at the same time. my style is casual or tomboy or something that expresses my eco friendly side, definetly not preppy or girly. I'm 16, favorite colors are green, blue, black, purple, and red. I'm 5'2. If this info helps. Thanks!!! pics would be nice

maybe you could wear blue dress with black leggings or not and wear a wide black belt and put it just above your belly
