Can someone make me an outfit? =]?

Ok so, my parents have agreed to buy me one last outfit for school, and since I paid for everything, they're paying for this. I was wondering if you could make me an outfit because I want to get some of your ideas. I'm 15, 5'1, if that matters, um, my style is trendy glam chic, and my favorite stores are Forever21 and H&M. And the price doesn't matter. =] Thanks!!
