well.. do all the things you love. start off with the "not so things you like, but you like doing them", then you will be excited for the most exciting thing you love at the end. I think that will make you feel better. orr if that doesn't work then go to a friend. Hang out with Him/Her for a day and just do things that you like doing together. i really hope this helps you!
