no one can get into your pc if they dont know your passwords. if you have changed them then you shouldnt have any problems.

there are some sites that we all visit that put a tracker on our pc to track how many times we visit them.  you can deleted these by having a good spyware program to find them and delete them for you. i use the yahoo spyware that comes on the toolbar. there are many on the web and you just have to search for them in any search engine.
