Can someone name this dance lift?

lets see, its like when the guy swings the girl around his waist, & then pulls her up while she shakes her legs. when the guy swings her, her legs are open & he grabs her hips the entire time. does anyone know the name of this lift & step by step instuctions on how to do it? thanks.

it generally a swing-dance type lift.

some of my friends have tried it before.

i think the girl holds his shoulders and the guy holds her waist.

I would NOT try any lifts without personal instruction!  There are many dangers involved, to both partners.  Take a lesson!
