Can someone own a loris in nova scotia, canada?

in some places, its illegal to own exotic animals. a loris is so adorable. if anyone knows if its legal or illegal please let me know.

if this because of the youtube vid, he's working or interning at the zoo, loris's are endangered so you can't own them anywhere, unless you can get liscensed to be part of a refuge or something like that.
