Can someone pick out an amp for me?

I have 4 Kicker KS650 speakers in my car and I need more bass out of them. They have something like 65rms but have a peak of 95. I have no idea what that means but anyway, right now there is only about 20rms being sent to each speaker from the head unit and there is no bass at all! So i figured its time for an amp. Now I don't know how many channels the amps needs, I think 4 since there are 4 speakers but I don't know anything about this stuff. I thought I need an amp that puts out maybe 300 watts max for the speakers but the lowest wattage I can find is 570, at my local REX. Is it ok if there is more wattage than needed for my car and can I turn it down so that all the wattage isn't sent to my car? Please recommend an amp that would work for all the speakers, NO SUBS WILL BE IN THIS SETUP. Please educated me too a little so that I will be able to pick a good amp, if you cannot supply me with a good one.
