Can someone pick up my duplicate ticket for a Chelsea match?

I would like to know that rules and regulations for other registered Member or Season Ticket holder to pick up my duplicate ticket for Chelsea match?

Supporters who request to have their tickets sent out should note this will be at their own risk and should the tickets not arrive they cannot be duplicated or refunded. This will also apply to any friends and family purchases made online.
