I have looked it up and saw the NCAA rules but it is not clear. I attended a Community college while in high school and got credits from there. Then went to a D1 school but hurt my back before playing so I never played for a team. I then transferred to a D3 school but did not play but then had to move again and am now at a D1 school where I will graduate. I have never played for a team and still have 4 yrs eligibility but was wondering if I were to attend a Grad school other than where I am at now would I still have those 4 yrs to work with? I am looking at D2 and D3 schools not D1. Any ideas???

  1. Eligibility rules constantly change.  As far as I know with D1, you have 5 years to play 4 years when you start going fulltime.  The D3 rules are slightly different and have changed a bit since I was in school.  I have not kept up with the changes.  A good place to start would be contacting the athletic department and see what they say.
