  1. Multiplicative inverses are found by flipping fractions.

    2 is actually 2/1 so it becomes 1/2.   You can do the other one. :)

    Mutliplying rational numbers requires multiplying the top across then the bottom.

    (4/3)(-3/4) = (4*-3)/(3*4), which you can finish.


  2. Name the multiplicative inverse of each number:

    2    = 1/2

    4/5=5/4

    multiply rational numbers. Find each number:

    (-6)(7)=-42

    4/3(-3/4)= -1
