I feel like something is wrong with this sentence, but I don't know what!

Some important voiced concerns that J.T stressed was, first doctors not listening to their patients and only identifying a person based on symptoms. Second, how health care premiums are extremely high and hopes that there is some kind of program in the future to help lower costs. Finally, how health care workers have to be able to deliver difficult news in the right manner, at the right time, and in the right environment.
