how, like the writing on it? if its saved on your computer go to the microsoft paint program and open the picture from there. then choose a brush and handwrite your name on it.

i made the background a little bit blurry so you are focused

i added a cotton candy like haze in the back and to your hair so it would slightly stand out with the blue background
