Can someone please explain the High Performance program to me.?

More specifically, I want to know how difficult it would be to make the guys team when you are 15, and what is involved when you do make a team. Does it cost a lot, where do you practice, and how much do they travel?

the high performance league is a harder team to get onto than mot, but if your good i dont htink that you have anything to worry about. the practices, for the girls at least, are for seven hours on a weekend, because we're not able to get together during the week. the tournament that we're going to go to is pretty far away, but we're only gong to one.
