Can someone please explain this simple point ?

Question

If I receive a violation e-mail I re-post the appeal e-mail and maybe two days later I get an answer from a machine "that your appeal.etc. etc."

Yet I have seen a question being deleted (oops a problem with this) and within 10 minutes the question is re-posted. How is that being done. Do these people know something that the rest of us should know? Please help if you can.

My friend Karl has given me permission to re-post his question.

Gosh, I have never seen that happen!  Maybe someone in a "computer" category might know?  You can re-post the question in other categories without Karl's permission!  LOL  Too bad Karl doesn't know the answer.  Good luck to you!  I really hope you get this figured out.  Lynn  :)
