ok it means this. You see a link, and you click it, thinking that its gonna take you somewhere (maybe a youtube video on how to cook, or whatever it is that you are looking for)

but it actually takes you to this 80's video of Rick Astley, so you go like "what the heck? this is not the video i'm looking for"
