Okay this is short and simple... can someone please give me some advice...on how to get rid of an yeast infection? without having to go to the doctor?

Go to the pharmacy there are some creams and what not that you can put on. There is oen that supposedly takes it away in one day. Plus, stop leaving your cooch wet after peeing or stop having s*x with dirty guys. That will eliminate future yeast infections. Oh, be hygienic yourself and get a douche.

Whatever you do don't douche- that will simply make it worse. The v****a is self-cleaning and has a delicate balance of bacteria; by douching you flush out all the "good" bacteria.

get some monistat-7, or the one-day treatment, or the suppositories...there's tons of kinds on the shelf at the grocery store, pharmacy, wal-mart, k-mart, wal-greens, everywhere.  

if the treatment does not help - i'm sorry but you'll have to go to the doctor.

spread some MISO paste on the place of infection and leave it for an hour without rinsing after cleaning

There are drugs and creams you can get from the store. I forget the names of them, but if you go to the store and read the labels you can find something. I have known the creams to work well. Also, drink lots of cranberry juice!!!!!! It works great as well!!! I would say drink water, but water usually makes me have to go to the restroom, which is painful so.......lol. But those should definitely work without you having to go to the doctor! Good luck!
